Which Summer Beauty Box Will You Choose?
It was snowing here just yesterday but that doesn’t mean the buzz over limited edition summer beauty boxes has not begun already. Towards the end of April we should start seeing these exclusive deals rolling out. Two of last year’s most popular options, and those creating the most scuttlebutt right now, are the Allure Summer Beauty Box and the Sephora Sun Safety Kit.
Rumors are circulating, but so far there is little official word from the company’s themselves available online (Allure did say in their latest issue that the Summer Beauty Box will be available for ordering on April 23. A few brands in this year’s box will include Butter London, TanTowel, Neutrogena, Nexxus and more.)
Last year’s Allure Summer Beauty Box was $39.95 and included 24 items with a retail value of over $250. Brands included Gillette, Olay, Jergens, Orly, Neutrogena and more.
The 2012 Sephora Sun Safety Kit was $30 with SPF and self-tanning items. Brands featured in this box included Philosophy, Smashbox, Origins, Bare Escentuals, TanTowel and more.
I’m excited! Averaging only a dollar or two for full-size (Allure) or high-end deluxe samples (Sephora), I can’t wait to get my hands on one (or both) of these. So, it’s poll time.
