Sibu Beauty Review: Sea Buckthorn Facial Cream

Sibu recently contacted me about reviewing one of their beauty products. I was happy to accept. Sibu’s products feature sea buckthorn, a centuries-old natural remedy containing vitamins A, C, E and K, Omega fatty acids, antioxidants and more. Their biggest claim to fame is Omega 7 which studies have shown to improve membrane function and hydration and elasticity of the skin.

Sibu sent over their Sea Buckthorn Nourishing Daytime Facial Cream. This is a lightweight moisturizer that boosts collagen production, promotes healing and rejuvenates sun-damaged skin.

I have oily, acne-prone skin so I am always apprehensive about trying new moisturizers. I gave the Sibu facial cream several days, applying each morning after cleansing. The product has a nice citrus scent. It absorbs instantly and left me with no shine or greasy feeling. I also haven’t had any issues with breakouts.

I don’t have any complaints or concerns about this product. It exceeded my expectations. I would also be more than happy to try Sibu’s other beauty products; liquid supplement, cellular support softgels, body cream, facial cleanser, hydrating serum, toner, exfoliating scrub, purifying mask, night cream, eye cream, cleansing bar and sea buckthorn seed oil.
