Recommended Essential Oils Accessories & Resources
Are you just getting started with essential oils? Maybe you have been using them for awhile and are now looking to kick things up a notch. Below are some of my favorite accessories and learning resources.
Essential Oil Accessories
Diffusers – You need a great diffuser to get the most out of your essential oils. One may come in your Premium Starter Kit depending on which kit you purchase. Rather than tote it around, eventually you may want to invest in a second diffuser (or third). Here are two of my favorite options from Amazon (gotta love free shipping) – one for the home and one for travel.
You may also want to use an aromatherapy necklace. I love these pendants for getting the benefits of your oils while on the go. Depending on where you are going, what you are doing or how you are feeling, drop in a little Lavender, Stress Away, Thieves or Joy to keep your mood or immune system in check. Storage Containers
We mix up a lot of DIY recipes around here. It is imperative that you have the right containers for your concoctions.
Some oils can melt cheap plastics and be altered by sunlight or heat. Always go for high quality glass dispensers when you can. Check out what’s available on Abundant Health.
Books
Essential Oils Pocket Reference Sixth Edition – This book is published by Life Science Publishing and is specific to the essential oil Singles and Blends available through Young Living. It is jam-packed with info! Search by oil or health condition for usage instructions and recommendations.
