October Wantable Makeup Review

I was really excited for the October Wantable Makeup box. The spoilers were talking up everything from bronzers to Eddie Funkhouser to Lise Watier. My box just arrived. And it was fabulous.

Inside my October makeup box I found:

Three Custom Color Cool Red Lip Liner – I’m not big on lip liner during the summer months but now that cooler temps are here I’m ready to give this one a shot.

Vincent Longo Volume Plus Mascara – I am up to my ears in mascara. I seem to get two every month. And I’m pretty loyal to Tarte – though They’re Real! is running a close second. I’ll pass this one along without tainting it with a trial.

Tarina Tarantino Eyedream Highlight Duo – I love this eyeshadow duo! The colors pair perfectly with a darker contouring shade. And look at this case. It is gorgeous!

Liberty Republic SPELLBOUND in Premonition – Yay! I love Liberty Republic polishes. Despite being a 5-free formula, they dry quickly and wear like a gel. This color is from the Darkside Collection. It’s a cool navy blue. I paired it up below with neutral Belladonna, another Liberty Republic nail color.

Mani Tip: Never be afraid to switch up the traditional French manicure with different colors. Colored tips is one of my favorite looks.

In my box was a flyer for a limited edition Liberty Republic Darkside box but there is no URL and I can’t find any information about it on the Wantable site. I’d buy that! That is a little disappointing.

Love this box though. I still haven’t received any Eddie Funkhouser. Maybe next time. This is one of the few beauty boxes that ship full-size products. The total box value was just under $75. Subscribers pay only $36 though you can get a one-time shipment for $40.
