October Beauty Box 5: Effortless Allure
It’s time for a little Beauty Box 5. This is a cheap beauty box at only $12 per month. As the name suggests, they ship five full-size and deluxe samples each month. October’s theme was “Effortless Allure.”
This month my box contained:
Nanacoco Nail Polish in Romantic Cruise – This is a pretty blue color. It’s not really a fall color, but I will find a use for it.
Lashem Picture Perfect – At first I thought this was the same product we received last month. Not so! This is an instant wrinkle reducer. It can also be used as a primer.
Extend Your Beauty Cosmetic Tool – This is a really cool item. How often are you hating trying to dig the last of your favorite color from a cosmetic pot or tube? This little stick reaches every corner. And it’s washable!
Chapstick Hydration Lock – I love this day/night formula. And my husband the chapstick hoarder will be so happy it is that time of year again.
Bellapierre Cheek and Lip Stain in Pink – Bellapierre is a frequent feature in Beauty Box 5. And I’m not complaining. I really like this stain. It’s not as intimidating as it looks.
No total losers in this box though I do think we can move away from the nail polish now. It seems as though we have been receiving quite a few lately and they haven’t been the best quality or packaging (there is polish on the outside of my bottle). That being said, this is a high value box for the investment and a great mix of beauty products.
