When you subscribe, they send you a short questionnaire to gather a little information about (initials, size, favorite colors, etc.) Then, sit back and wait for My Monogram Box to be delivered right to your door. Each month is a mystery – with every item chosen and personalized just for you!

All My Monogram Box items are embroidered or printed with your monogram, initial or name.
It’s $19.95 a month for the single item and $34.95 for the deluxe box with 3 items. Billed monthly on the first day of the month. They don’t accept returns since each item is personalized which obviously makes sense.
