iBbeautiful Review: New Beginnings
A new iBbeautiful box arrived today. This is a subscription box for tween and teen girls. It has a great message: Be unique. Be happy. Be you. This month’s theme was New Beginnings – perfect for back to school season.
The first thing I noticed upon opening the box was that iBbeautiful sent over the Graphic Tee Box for our review this time. Very cool! This box is $28 per month and includes a t-shirt in addition to other age-appropriate items. (The Basic Box is $18 per month.)
The shirt is spot-on with this month’s message. Nothing is more awesome than a new beginning. This month they are inspiring subscribers to “B strong. B adventurous. B smart. B you.”
In addition to the t-shirt I also found:
Snifty Pencil – These are new and this one is strawberry scented. It brings back good memories of myself in grade school. I loved smelly pencils, markers, stickers, you name it! It was the 80s and everything was coming out scented.
Dotty Duck Lip Balm – This is super cute. Flip the little rubber ducky over and you’ll find a Tutti Fruitti flavored lip balm.
Beauty Junky Strawberry Gel Mask – This is a toning, deep cleansing mask. It’s a non-drying mask with a strawberry fragrance. So fun! This would be perfect for a sleepover.
Lace-Up Socks – These socks look like shoes. Neat!
Multi-Strand Leather Bracelet – You know I love bracelets. This one is very trendy with the multiple black leather bands and silver tube bead accents.
NYC Subway Line Bag – “Every new beginning starts at square 1″ is the message behind this bag. It would work great for carrying pencils, pens, a lip balm, cellphone, etc.
This box went well over the $28 investment. Everything was appropriate for the age group (I’m assuming this is teen box based on the shirt size and inclusion of a face mask.) The items are quality and the message is empowering.
