Favorite Clean Recipe of the Week
Last week’s Sweet Potato Chili got some great feedback so here is another from my Clean Eating Board. We’ve changed our diet considerably lately. We’ve cut out the refined flour, sugar, additives and most carbs. The name of the game is primarily “clean eating.” Your food should be as close to picking it yourself as you can get. It’s far easier than you think. It’s not nearly as expensive as some people tell me it must be. It’s certainly healthier than grabbing that box of Hamburger Helper. This week you should try Zucchini Lasagna. It is freakin’ phenomenal!

Things I Need
Who can recommend an amazing foundation for oily skin? BB, CC, DD, I don’t care. While I have received a hundred samples this past year, none seem to be holding up to the change in weather and increase in oily slick. Recommendations?
