Friday Fave 5: Cologne, Coupons and More

Fave New Cologne

Sadly I can’t reveal my husband’s May Birchbox Man yet because half of it was mysteriously missing. (A new one is on the way.) These boxes usually get me jealous enough as it is (they are in a whole ‘nother ballpark than the women’s boxes), but this month his included a unisex cologne – Histoires de Parfums 1969. Uh, patchouli? Yes, please. Sadly, I’m sure the Cologne Hoarder will not be sharing. (Don’t worry. I’m wearing it now.)

Fave Coupon Discovery

I was hoping to take advantage of the coupon in my POPSUGAR Must Have NatureBox sample box, but it didn’t work. Likely because this was a sponsor sample. Bummer. BUT, I did find a new one online for $10 off the May box (AWESOME10). Score!

Fave New Recipe

We recently became cleaner eaters, cutting out the gluten, refined sugar, artificial crap… Lovin’ it! And my husband has lost like 20 pounds already. (Me? As if we are that lucky.) Anyway. We have been trying dozens of new recipes. Minus the eggplant dishes, we’ve enjoyed them all. This week’s winner was a sweet potato chili. Oh, so good.

Sunshine. They say it is finally coming again. I’m excited.

Flowers. I’m so ready to start smelling some fresh peonies and lilacs. This is my favorite time of the year.
