Ellie Fit Fashionista Club Review
I was recently asked to review Ellie.com’s Fit Fashionista Club. As this is a subscription I have been watching closely the past few months, I happily agreed. If this is your first introduction to Ellie.com, the site specializes in active wear. You can purchase individual pieces or sign up for the Fit Fashionista Club.
Individual tops and bottoms run $49.95 to $79.95. As a Fit Fashionista you can choose two pieces each month for only $49.95. That is potential savings of well over 50%. You are welcome to choose any two pieces; two tops, two bottoms, one of each. I chose one of each to review – Double Threat Tank ($49.95) and Solar Flare Leggings ($79.95).
Upon opening the package I was immediately impressed by the quality of the fabric. This is a nice thick, form-fitting fabric, yet it is breathable and moisture-wicking. Perfect for working out!
I also love the cuts. The tank is longer and hits at the hip. You shouldn’t feel self-conscious in active wear. The longer length eliminates some of that. The Solar Flare Tank has a grey outer shell and a coral shelf bra. I believe tops going forward will also include removable cups.
The leggings I chose are a simple stylish black. They have a nice flare at the bottom that I love. They also have a little pocket inside the waistline where you can put a key, credit card, etc.
I am very impressed with Ellie.com and glad they asked me to review their products. After seeing (and feeling) the products for myself, these items are well worth the investment. And as a Fit Fashionista Club member, you are really only paying about $25 per piece. That is certainly on par, if not below, industry standards. Bonus: Fit Fashionistas also get first dibs on the new releases each month. Trust me when I say some items sell out fast.
The price is great and the items I received would be great for not only working out but I wouldn’t be self-conscious running any errands before or after the gym. They are classy and cut to not show too much even though they are form-fitting. I can appreciate that!
