August Beauty Box 5 Review: Radiant and Remarkable
My August Beauty Box 5 arrived yesterday. This month’s theme was to include items to help you “embrace beaming skin, dazzling lips and lustrous locks” into the fall season.
If you recall, our spoiler for this month was the Nanacoco Lip Gloss. This box had some really great items this month. I was impressed!
Novex Brazilian Keratin – This was the only item in the box I won’t be keeping. I don’t need a hair treatment. That being said, if you do, this is a heavy duty one. You leave it on for 25 minutes!
Purlisse Pur Protect SPF 30 – You should never turn down sunscreen, especially a good one for your face. Purlisse makes some amazing products and this lightweight moisturizer is even good for sensitive skin.
Nanacoco Lip Gloss – This is a great shimmery pink shade.
La Fresh Travel Lite Makeup Remover Wipes – Another item you should never turn away is facial cleansing wipes. These little packets are perfect for travel, the bedside table and more. Stock up! La Fresh makes some great ones.
Style Essentials Nail Polish – I don’t see the color on the bottle and I can’t find it online either, which is a shame because I love it. It’s a shiny black with understated blue-silver glitter. I can’t get a good picture as you really don’t notice the sparkle until it’s in high light. I love a great black polish.
