It’s been awhile since I received a Fix. A Stitch Fix that is. This cool company offers a personalized styling service. Tell them what you like and don’t like in fashion, then a personal stylist picks out five on-trend apparel items for you to try out. Keep what you like and send the rest back. You only pay for what you keep. You pay a $20 styling fee upfront that is applied toward your purchase.
Upon opening the box, I could tell it was right up my alley. Nice neutral colors and soft fabrics.
I had to pull out the jeans first. These are a skinny ankle jean from Just Black. I have another pair of skinny ankle jeans from Stitch Fix that I absolutely love and wear all the time. I like that these are darker and more dressy than the other pair. The price tag is $88, which isn’t bad at all.
When I first pulled this Pixley Lattice Knit Tank from the box, I didn’t think I liked it. The more I look at it though, the more it’s growing on me. Price: $68
I really like this v-back knit top from Market & Spruce. It’s a different spin on a classic navy tee. Love that. Price: $44
I love hoodies. This is a heavy weight French Terry Contract Sleeve Jacket from Mystree. It’s only $58. I would keep it if I hadn’t just bought a zip-up in this same color a few weeks ago.
This Walker Knit Top from Sweet Grey is super cute. It’s lightweight, 3/4-sleeve tan cotton top. It’s also a hi-lo. Love those. They look great with skinny jeans and leggings. Price: $54
If you haven’t yet tried Stitch Fix, I love that they send you personalized style suggestions for each item. In the notes, my Stylist also told me about a few possible matches with items I’ve kept from past boxes. Very cool.
The merchandise total is $312. With my Styling Fee ($20), store credit ($30) and Buy 5 Discount, it would only cost $184 to keep everything. That’s a pretty good deal if you love everything.
I told myself I was only going to keep one item from the box this time, but I like quite a few. What would you choose?
