I have been anxiously awaiting the arrival of my Batch Memphis box. This is a new subscription from Batch USA, the makers of Batch Nashville and Batch Charlotte. With this box featuring Memphis-made products, I was so hoping for some BBQ items.
The first item I noticed was Prairie Passion Iced Tea from My Cup of Tea. I LOVE unsweetened, but flavored iced teas. This one is a blend of black and green teas, passionfruit, papaya, rosehips and sunflowers. It smells so good. The bag included 6 family-size bags. I have one brewing already.
Crazy Good Raging Pineapple Salsa was the next item I pulled out. Their website says this has a heat level of 5 out of 10. The jar says, “HOT!” All I can tell you is that it is hot enough for me. 😉 I think if I make into a cheese dip it is going to be perfect. I love a great salsa.
The final item in the inaugural box was Parkway BBQ sauce. This tastes great. It’s a little on the thicker side, but not too thick – just how I like it. BBQ sauces do not last long in this house anyway, but this one may be moving to the front of the line.
Total box value was a little over $21. While Batch Memphis was to be $24.99 per month, they have dropped the price to just $19.99 (the price change will be reflected after adding to your cart). The next box will be shipping the first week of September so reserve yours now. I love a good food box!
