I am so excited for today’s review. I know I have several e.l.f. lovers for readers. In case you didn’t already know, eyeslipsface.com offers their own subscription box!
The Beauty Bundle ships every two months and runs $19.99 plus shipping ($6.95). Boxes are guaranteed to contain at least $40 in e.l.f. products.
I was immediately impressed by the size of the box. e.l.f. ships full-size products but I wasn’t expecting a box this large. Inside I found the following.
Signature Bag in Pink ($8) – This is a double zipper bag with plenty of room for makeup and brushes. The larger pouch is generous in size and I love the extra mesh pouch on the brush side.
High Definition Powder ($6) – I have SO been wanting to try this powder. It has a nice subtle shimmer and helps hide imperfections. This will be a daily-wearer!
Mineral Moisturizing Lip Tint in Guava ($3) – This is a pretty pink/peach shade perfect for summer. Love!
Waterproof Eyeliner Pen in Black ($2) – I am very happy to have received a new eyeliner pen. I was too intimidated by the last one and passed it along. This one is a keeper.
Waterproof Lengthening & Volumizing Mascara in Black ($3) – I’m pretty loyal to my Tarte Lights, Camera, Flashes but it never hurts to experiment (or have a cheap alternative).
Makeup Mist & Set ($3) – This is one cosmetic product I have not yet tried. It’s supposed to keep your makeup in place all day. I love that it is vitamin-packed and contains aloe and green tea (good for acne).
28-piece Beach Beauty Palette in Night ($6) – What a great travel kit this is! Plenty of colors to choose from.
Baked Highlighter in Moonlight Pearls ($3) – I love this highlighter. It has great color and shimmer. It’s nice and sheer for a subtle glow.
SPF 45 Sunscreen Powder ($6) – This is a very cool product. I was worried that it was going to be a bronzer, but not so! While it has a little color, it is more translucent. You can wear it alone or over makeup. It will work great for touch-ups.
Here are swatches for the SPF Powder, High Definition Powder, Baked Highlighter and Lip Tint (top to bottom). As you can see, the powders are very light and buildable.
I’ll be keeping the e.l.f. Beauty Bundle subscription around for awhile. These are all products I will keep and use. The value was $40 on the nose and I paid under $27 after shipping. There was also a nice mix of color, products and skincare items. I can’t wait to receive my second box! And I’ll definitely need to a do a follow-up post with reviews of the individual products.
Visit e.l.f. to learn more about this subscription service and the individual products.
