Beauty Protector Protect & Oil Review & Birchbox Code

Beauty Protector has long been a go-to Birchbox brand. Last week Birchbox announced they would soon be introducing another exclusive product from the brand and offered to send the mystery gem over for my review. I happily accepted.

Beauty Protector Protect & OilI had my suspicions, but I wasn’t sure what to expect when the mail arrived. Upon opening the box, I discovered I was correct. My guess was leave-in treatment. The new Beauty Protector product is Protect & Oil, an argan oil.

One thing I love about these oils is their multi-purpose functions. They can act as a leave-in conditioner, styling product, UV and heat blocker and more. And a little dab will do ya! The recommended usage is 1 to 3 drops on damp hair (this bottle was a pump). I started with one small pump and add an additional pump after dry if needed for smoothing.

I may have curly/wavy hair, but it’s thin. It doesn’t take much to drag it down or make it look greasy. My one pump before/after left me with soft curls and no nasty side effects. And this stuff smells really good.

Curly LocksThis product is not yet available on the Birchbox website, but I have a feeling we may see in the February box. If you caught my spoiler earlier this week, I think something in the photo looks a little familiar. Don’t ya think?

I was really happy that I received this product to review through the Birchbloggers Program. It’s a winner in my book and I can’t wait to see it in the shop permanently.
